Very unfriendly... returned us at 6pm sayong they are closed.. while the board said open.. very unwelcoming

Centrally located pet shop with parking available right infront of the store. Space was clean and the dog enclosures were plentiful. Good selection of puppies!

My Family bought a puppy Bichon Poodle from Pets Atelier. We were so happy and satisfied! The puppy looks well cared for and my puppy was so cute! I love it so much. The sales personnel at the pet shop was also very nice and attentive to customer and pet's needs. Jeff was very helpful and prompt replies whenever I had any enquiries about my puppies. He was very friendly and comfortable to approach. I feel like my money was worth spending at this pet shop as good service is provided. You get to ask questions even after purchase and Jeff gives quick replies. Would recommend people to buy puppies from Pets Atelier ? The puppies at Pets Atelier are so adorable!

Jeff was extremely accommodating and kind! He gave me and my parents a good view on the Sheepadoodle I liked alot, and gave tips on caring for puppies. All the puppies there are well cared for and look happy and energetic! Jeff is a true dog lover and a passionate person, he did not hardsell but explained to us clearly about the dog and the responsibility that comes with owning one. I fell in love with the Sheepadoodle at Pet’s Atelier but I cannot get her but I promise to come back when we are ready for a new addition to the family! Service 1000/10! Puppies 1000/10! We could not be more happier with our experience at Pets Atelier. So much so, we purchased a puppy (after visiting many pet shops across Singapore). The pet shop is extremely clean, the staff were prompt in communication, professional and more than helpful in answering our many questions. On our first visit to the store, we found the staff playing with a pup to ensure that pup had some playtime and exercise. The puppies all appeared very well cared for. Jeff took the time to listen our needs and gave sound advice on the different types of dog breeds we were looking at and the process of owning a dog in Singapore. As a family we had the opportunity to spend time interacting with a few different puppies to gain a feel for their personalities before making our final decision. I would highly recommend Pets Atelier if you are looking for a puppy.

I'd highly recommend Pets Atelier to anyone looking for a pet! They came highly recommended to me by a friend. When I picked up Simba (one of the cute Maltipoos Jeff had), I had a really good experience! Jeff was super patient and friendly as I and my Mom considered which puppy to bring home. He was very professional in the way he sanitised our hands after every dog, and the way he handled the puppies to reduce their stress while giving us a most enjoyable time! I had such a great vibe in his place too! All the cutie pies look so happy, well-groomed, and very well taken cared for. He sweetly gave us freebies too! ?It was just the best experience! I looked no further and brought Simba home! Their dogs are locally bred too (Support SG!). Super support Pets Atelier!
