β β β β β Ordered delivery from them once and the pizza came stone cold even though we live very nearby the shop. Tried to give them a second chance today by eating there in person and the pizza was only slightly heated up and not crispy. Very disappointing compared to other outlets.

β β β β β Malay male staff is forever busy making pizza and refuse to serve. Make every customer wait for him to finish doing what he is doing before he start serving with a black face. I visited ur bishan outlet every week and serve by different staff, only this malay guy gives attitude. He didn't even bother heat it up and still give rude remarks. Pls review his work attitude, if he doesn't like to work jus quit. Simply chasing off every customer.

β β β β β This is a review on the service staff at Pezzo J8. Usually i write reviews when i hv a bad experience.
Its my first time redeeming (Lazada) a lasagne and a personal pizza at Pezzo, nvr eaten before. When i was doing the redemption on my Lazada app, the same male staff (i believe) told me that he can't see well. So i put my phone closer to his face. If was not the smoothest redemption but it wasnt a negative experience. So after redemption, said male staff passed me a receipt and asked me to come back 30min later. I remember commenting 'wa so long' but he kept quiet. I left to buy groceries n was back at pezzo 10 min later, i really had nowhere else to go. I stood a distance from the outlet but still within view of the staff. He was busy the whole time i was there. While waiting a lady was next to me waiting with her daughter for her order from the next food outlet. Our eyes met, smiled, n she started describing her bad experience with the pezzo staff, rude n bad attitude n all. She also used the example of a guy who just came to pick up his order (while we were still standing n waiting), the guy had to say 'excuse me ' a few times to get the pezzo staff's attention. After she left i googled pezzo bishan n was reading the 1.8star reviews n thinking to myself i shdnt hv come to this outlet. A while later the pezzo guy looked at me n gestured for me to go over. (At this point i had decided to be a nice customer, no point agitating him). I realised that my pizza was freshly made, thus the wait, but i didnt wait the full 30min. He thanked me for waiting, asked if i needed cutlery and passed my food to me. I thanked him n said 'have a nice day' and he replied 'God bless you!'
What a unexpected pleasant experience!

β β β β β I had many experiences at Pezzo, but this one incident would be very memorable, in a bad way. Going to get my quick pizza fix, I approached the counter, in which I was greeted by a female teenage employee. She was busy folding up pizza boxes, thus, I tried to get her attention. "Excuse me," I said to get her attention. No response. I say the same thing once again, still no response. On the third try, I raise my voice slightly louder, hoping that she would at least serve me. Finally, she stops folding her boxes and gives me an annoyed "Yes?!" while rolling her eyes. Already appalled by how she treats me, I immediately place my order, in which I was served. She placed the pizza box on the counter, without a plastic bag, presumably hoping that I could quickly disperse and get out of her way. Already annoyed by the poor service, I take the box, mutter a quick "Thanks" (She didn't say anything in response, just going back to the cash register), and was about to part ways when finally, she asks me whether I needed a bag. Why she didn't put the box into the bag at first, I have no idea.
There was another time when a male teenage employee asked me what my selection of pizza was. (This time, this employee actually talks without prompting.) After I told him my choice of pizza, he stared blankly at me for a good minute, before proceeding to reprimand me for apparently talking too softly. (though he managed to hand me my order without me repeating my order???) I would not say that he should take all the fault since the basement of Junction 8 can get really noisy during peak hours, but he definitely could ask nicely, instead of literally expressionlessly staring at me. The employees here need to learn to be patient (and the other one most likely needs to get hearing aids). These morons still are able to keep their jobs there, and are still getting paid for delivering mediocre service. I believe strongly that service affects how your impression on a company is, in which this had not left the best of impressions. I believe that other stores out perform this outlet in Junction 8, so I definitely hope that they can switch (or just lay off) these staff.
Hoping that the boss/owner of the outlet can quickly find good replacements, and looking forward to a better experience at Pezzo.
Sidenote: (Yes, the male teenager was the one Ajay Cherian displayed in the photo. And as for the female teenager which looks Indian, she seems to be a new comer, though obviously not a very good one.)

β β β β β Got my pizza from the Bishan outlet on 4 April at 445pm. Was served by a male staff that is very rude
He was washing the pans and I waited. After a while, I called out to him. He turned back and without replying continue to finish washing up.
I got my Lazada coupon and wanted to redeem and he very rudely went through the process. I immediately told him he was very rude. He turned away and for a moment, I thought he does not want to serve me. So I asked β¦ he reluctantly handed me the pizza.
I understand why now this shop is not doing a brisk business. With this kind of service, it would be my last time.
I also read all the bad reviews and not sure why the boss has not taken any action to have this staff removed

β β β β β Pic 1 is Lazada promo personal pan, pic 2 is regular from store direct. Size difference i can understand, but ingredients difference like a discounted price with discounted ingredients, no promo at all. Worse is the malay staff that was rude and impatient from start, redeem and collect, a few clarification was treated witg short replies to ignored. Not afraid to show attitude, somewhat even other users feedback since months, outlet still not action or help him or situation, prefer losing customer and tarnishing the brand. Nobody was ordering, he was always busy making pizza. When i stood there for 5mins waiting for him to finish, he moved on to make the next pizza. I wonder what can piss him off all the time, i asked why so upset. I have not order personal pan before, if this is the standard, i guess I won't buying again. Thanks, i know business is tough, but service is still important, even if your promo damn good, i may think twice
