★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to see how a bank operates try OCBC the service there is good, and if you use Premier Banking then the service is excellent. So using that as a comparison/ benchmark, PNB in Lucky Plaza really is terrible.
There is only one lady there who does a great job, (name to be inserted when known), but from my personal experience from the bank manager to the fat one who sits on the side desks are the worst. The fat one even gave incorrect information, and called one of her professional colleagues who was doing loans "the Loan Shark" to the customers, then laughed like a witch .... not professional at all. Whereas the bank manager, I found to be unhelpful, rude and tries to brush off customers.

Remind that if you don’t like this job just quit! You have to be friendly and approachable specially when we ask question to enlighten us.pls.be more patience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pnb Singapore is very bad service especially the staff by the name Wilkins she is in the customer service counter she don't deserved the title customer service she's very rude and they are very arrogant I'm.asking for help to transfer some money to megaworld but the staff Wilkins is very un helpful she ask me to wait and queue again I'm not transferring Small amount I'm transferring millions to megaworld but they treat me like that I'm a client of PNB for longtime I hope they will train there Staff good customer service that's very bad experience and she can argue some more I hope PNB SINGAPORE WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT
