★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiciness level for the Pho goes from 0 (Nada) to mild (anyone can handle) to normal (like, normal) to hot (la-boom or something to the effect).
First time I ordered normal spicy, because I am the normal kind of guy. Normally can finish 2 saucers full of chilli-padi in a mee-pok-tah sitting, that kind of normal.
Wah lau! Mid bowl sweating buckets already. Struggled to finish the bowl, but die die also finished. Pride mah...
Next day, came back. Men normally a bit 犯贱 one. Ordered mild this time. Still a bit sweaty, but polished the Pho off in a jiffy. But it is certainly not the normal kind of mild.
Vietbu serving Vietnamese fare by default should be a 5 star. But deducted 1 star from the false description, that dented the ego...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good food here. The set meal is a good deal and the tender sliced beef pho was not too bad. Opt for the non-spicy, or slightly spicy (1 spice) soup. Anything more and the flavour of the soup is lost to the chilli oil. Beef slices are nicely done and not overcooked. The vietnamese iced coffee is what you'll usually get elsewhere and similarly sweet as well. The shop itself is pretty spacious and not stuffy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty decent vietnamese food. Took awhile to serve but worth the wait. It was rather pricy in my opinion, it cost me $30+ for 2 bowls of noodle, one drink and a side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally nice vietnamese food. Price is very reasonable too. In some ways, it is nicer than So Pho, although i feel that probably a lot of seasoning is used as I felt very thirsty after eating. Staff service depends on how busy they are. Could be friendlier.

✅ Hearty hot bowl of noodles
✅ Staff accommodated my request for less/no ice in my drink
Not so good:
❎ Consistent slamming of cupboard door (I tried to make eye contact with the staff but they were all busy)
❎ Stools scrapped across floor was very disturbing too (hope owner can invest in cushiony stickers or something to soften the noise upon impact)
In summary, not ideal eatery for those with sensory issues or just dislike loud noise like me. Definitely do order take away at least, as their food is nice ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beef slices were very soft and soup tasty albeit a little on the saltier side.
Everything is practically self-service so why is there a service charge?
There is a self-ordering kiosk, you collect your own food and take your own utensils, so where’s the service?
I informed the staff that the kiosk is not working and she totally ignored this remark and asked “what’s your order”. Rude and the place was empty so no excuses for the attitude.
