Best Fast food restaurant in Singapore

F	Farahdiana Farook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 7.30 pm and waited for 25 mins to be seated which was understandable as it was a Sunday evening during dinner crowd. Ordered waffles at the kiosk and had to wait for 30 mins for the waffles to come. When it came, it was burnt and was to crispy to eat. Felt like I was eating keropok instead of waffles. Such a huge disappointment. Feedback to the manager on duty and was offered a new waffles but I was not willing to wait for another half an hour for the waffles. Should have had a better service recovery I feel. Overall, not a good experience and don’t feel that I will be returning to any outlets in the future. Better and cheaper FAST FOOD options out there.
R	Rosman RA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had burger meal with Root Beer Float, Chocolate and Strawberry waffle. Side of Onion Rings and Curly Fries. The burger picture is meant for illustration only. The actual burger is far off from the picture. The whole taste experience is great. May be already forgotten from last time.
S	Simon Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have yet to try their other menu items apart from the waffle which all along has been good. Just felt the price now are much steeper compared to last time, possibly buoyed by all those cafes' fancy waffles at fancy prices.
P	Parry Chong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yea, try 2 places A&W, this is Canberra, Iconic root beer float. Less sweet compare to childhood days. But still sweet. Rest is fast food, chicken actually taste not bad. Better than McD, my preference.

J	Jay A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice A&W outlet , with good amount of lighting and fast, quick service. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Do note that due to Covid, the entrance and exit is via outside the mall and not within inside.
J	Jed Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waffles are light and good. Burger is better than MCD but not as good as shake shack. Curly fries are crispy and goes well with the beef and cheese sauces. Root beer float is good. A bit expensive for the portion you get. Would come once in a while if craving root beer float. Enter through the side door, order from the machine, scan the QR code of the buzzer, collect your drinks from the main counter, and then your food from the food counter just outside the seating area.

Understand from staff that day time queues are still the norm, months after it’s opening. Self collection is needed as kitchen is on another side of the walkway, wish that there is table service like McDonald’s too. Maybe in the future ?
