β β β β β I was Mr Phang's student from 2007--2009, and I still remember him and his lessons fondly. I have since studied physics at Cambridge and Oxford, and I would argue that my time here remains one of the highlights of my physics education.

β β β β β The tutor collects fees during the first 10 minutes of a lesson. This is wrong. Fees should be collected before or after the lesson. The tutor waits for students who may arrive late due to various reasons. This wrong as it is unfair to students who are punctual. Although this is compensated by up to 30 minutes of extra time at the end of the lesson, students will be wasting 10 minutes of their time while the tutor collects the fee. The tutor should start on time and give extra 20 minutes of teaching time. In this case, students can leave after 2 hours and 20 minutes instead of after 2 hours and 30 minutes. The tutor cites a student by the name Lu MingYuan who has given him a 5 star rating. However, although the tutor has taught for many years, he has so few students who have given him a 5 star rating. Isn't this a cause for reflection?
