Visited the Hougang Central branch. Was styled by Ken Teh. Excellent service. He took great care of my hair. I will definitely be going back for all my future hair styling needs!

Dirty and stale atmosphere with worn out leather seats . The customer service is also lacklustre and outright snobbish and rude. They were unfortunately dishonest with the prices and services and quoted as they wish. My hair was obviously shorter than mid back length and they kept insisting on charging me the full prices for hip length. It seems to be that is how they overcharge on the very first service. When I told them about it, they told me that if I am not happy about it, i can go to other salons instead. I was shocked with their customer retainment and service. Very disappointed and it is consistent with the other negative reviews they have got.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. I came late to my appointment, so has to stay almost an hour after their closing time, but the lady doing my hair still took her time, giving the best service. She really listened to what I want and delivered it. This place is one of the best hairdressing places in Singapore that I've ever been to! Even compared to the overpriced places in Orchard.

Irresponsible and rude hair salon staff. Stated opens at 10.30am on weekdays. I walked in here at 10.40am which was opened by a rude Chinese guy. I walked in and asked “老板，在吗？来剪头发的”。 This rude guy came out of the back room with an irritated look saying that I got to wait. He also rudely asked me to scan the safe entry. After I scanned, he said “go out and walk for 20 min then come back”. 1. If you guys can’t start operation at 10.30am and can only start at 11am,, why state 10.30am? 2. If you guys have difficulty finding staffs with motivation to have better attitude, it’s better to reduce the number of staffs and increase the pay for the remaining ones to ensure quality staffs. I stay at bishan and had been patronising this salon frequently every month in the afternoon. Today due to work nature I took half day leave to visit the salon in the morning, and felt so disgusted with them. From now on I rather pay slightly more and patronise other salons from now on if I see the male staff. Right now is 29th March 2021, 10.49am.

i am a regular customer at Bishan branch. Staff are friendly and professional. they will explain to you every step of the treatment during the treatment if you would like to know. I am satisfied with their products. during busy hours, they will still carry a smile and make you feel comfortable during your treatment. unlike some salon, the service is different during their busy hours. if you are wondering about the price, you get what you pay - price is reasonable :)

Price clearly state outside hair cut price range from $10-$12. . Before i came in i asked for their confirmation on how much is the price for a normal cut but they spoke to each other in mandarin and just welcomed me in. And so I just went for it and asked for a 2 inches U shaped cut which was done in less than 10 mins no clipping up my hair etc. Finally when all is done here comes the part, i was told to pay $15 and the reason was cos my hair is long.... like ok 2 inches only bro WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR IF THERE IS

Following stylist Sean previously from another salon for my hair color as he never fails to fulfil! Its hard to come by a hair color technician that can always reach your expectation and is patient enough in his service. Most importantly not pushy on products nor services.
