★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred here for strengthening exercises whilst on holiday in Singapore after getting terrible hip and leg pain. I saw two different therapists over a few weeks who were both lovely and their treatment enabled me to travel home relatively pain free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suffered from a cold shoulder with shoulder impingement for about 2 months during these period, seeking TCM treatment of acupuncture ,and massage therapies .
Conditions and pain level did not improve.Unable to even pull my seat belt with my left arm.
Was recommended to Physionique and after diagnosis by Christina (physiotherapist) and subsequent about 5 consultations is on my way to recovery.
Have since regain the mobility of my left arm and shoulder.
Wish to express my appreciation and gratitude to Christina and will
continue with the exercises she prescribe faithfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an appointment for a sports massage on very short notice and it was great. Gary fully released tension from my neck all the way to my calves in an hour session that wasn’t too pricey. Great for a tourist that is training while travelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This team possess an incredible work ethic and show total dedication and commitment to their clients, fitting me and others in to their hectic schedule whenever we need - & I should know as I've been there for hips, knees, shoulders, elbows and probably ankles soon! However, they mend me rapidly and I soon manage to hobble back around the tennis courts with many of their other clients . & it hasn't cost me $6m! - ok I'm showing my age now. Special thanks to Christina for repairs, Esther for sports massage and Helen for balancing my life perfectly (aka insoles). Cheers.
