Matthew is, by far, the most knowledgeable, experienced, effective and honest therapist I have known. He researched to better understand my problems and identify new solutions to solve my aches and pains. The front office ladies receive the patients with bright sunny smiles and ever ready to help when reached out to. This may not be a place I want to visit frequently but definitely the place I will go to when I need to ease my body aches.

In the beginning of the first session, Matt was meticulous and thorough by asking many questions to understand more about my back pain condition. After the first session, my back pain was already significantly better! Prior to Matt, I had seen multiple physiotherapists, and I must say that I highly recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

Matt was super thorough with his analysis to find the main cause of my shoulder pain. Not only that, he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it throughout the whole session. After some therapy and form correction (didn't know i've been doing shoulder exercises the wrong way for years), my shoulder felt way better. He also gave me some exercises to do that will help with my condition. Thanks Matt!!!

My knee rehabilitation with them was challenging but they always ensured that I was comfortable and that my pain well managed. I saw results fast. No hard selling of rehab equipment or unnecessary services. Clinic is exceptionally clean and spacious with all the latest equipment. Also very convenient and easy to find. They are located at Scotts Medical Centre, 3-5 minute walk from Orchard MRT. They are very popular so do try to book a few days in advance.

This doctor recommended Physical Therapy and referred me to Matthew at Integrative Physio. Matthew helped to identify the mechanics that were causing my pain- the muscles holding my shoulder in place were not up to the job. He taught me exercises which helped to strengthen those muscles. After diligently performing the exercises, I’m pain free and I avoided surgery. Thank you Integrative and Matthew!
