The issue persisted over a month and was affecting my daily activities.
Thank goodness, a friend recommended Grace @ PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTRE and I couldn't be anymore happier.
She together with a group of interns assisted me with various treatments and also sports massages.
She also provided very good advice and physio technics which allows me to recover faster.
After a month later I'm back at running, swimming and cycling again!
Thank you to each and everyone of you for the assistance!
