โ โ โ โ โ I have been attending Duo Pilates sessions with Regine since last November. The exercises done helps me to work every part of my body, making me feel good after every workout session. I look forward to every pilates session, where we do different exercises each time.

โ โ โ โ โ I got to know about Pilates Smith through a friend's recommendation and I had been attending classes with Regine for awhile. She's very friendly and make you feel at ease during the lessons. At the same time she is very dedicated and focused on what needs to be worked on.
A very knowledgable and observant trainer, she is able to pin point your issues very quickly, no time wasted. I have definitely benefitted from the lessons; I'm more aware about my posture and the use of muscles on daily basis, also during my own workout.
I want to give a shout-out to Sean too, who worked with Regine to train me on my strength and control. Both of them are great and their training really compliment each other to give the students a very holistic approach.

โ โ โ โ โ I enjoy a variety of sports and consider myself a reasonably fit person, and yet my sessions with Regine have really kicked my butt. Even simple looking exercises are not so easy! What I love is that I can leave each session as a fitter person, but also more educated on how my body works and what good movement looks like. If you're like me and passionate about your health, you ought to give this place a try!

โ โ โ โ โ Have been going to Pilates smith for 1 month now. The place is really nice and cozy. I am with instructor Jonie, she is very nice and caring. She is always patient in teaching me, she also tailors the exercise and movement that suites me. I highly recommend her.

โ โ โ โ โ A boutique studio that really cares. I went for a trial class in search of an instructor for my 70 year old mother, and I met Regine. She was perfect for my mother, fluent in Chinese and English, patient and encouraging. I had a really great trial class, then signed my mother up for hers and proceed to purchased a 10 class bundle for her. The instructors can cater to all fitness levels and goals, the studio is the perfect size and atmosphere - inviting and not pretentious/intimidating.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been attending pilate lessons with Regine for over a year and only good thoughts come to mind: She provides excellent equipment, Amazing support and guidance through each lesson and tweaks them to fit my personal needs. She is dedicated and has an unrelenting spirit. I personally feel that my body has been strengthened, toned and been worked in places I never thought I had muscles before. Attending Pilate lessons have been great fun and really helpful in boosting my self esteem!

โ โ โ โ โ I love Pilates Smith! Beautiful studio and great teacher. I always enjoyed my classes with Jonie. She has amazing knowledge and would guide me through all movements to ensure i have the correct posture. She also makes pilates much more fun by introducing different work out every time I go, with a good mix of flexibility training and toning exercises. I feel so much stronger and actually look forward to my classes each week!
