Terrible management , no respect for other platforms delivery riders .

The cashier was not in good mood today, and his attitude was bad.

Outlet looks rundown but very clean. Takeaway order was served in the time promised.

Horrible service. I order from the app and it's suppose to deliver from this store and yet after two hours I called and they tell me they didn't receive anything cause their internet is down.

Standard of food is not as good compared to other outlet

Waited 1.5h for pizza that is across the road. The delivery was late and there was no apology given except for the pathetic excuse that our drinks were not available, assuming that we would accept tea instead of the Pepsi ordered. Customer service is absolutely appalling with the delivery man pushing for us to accept the drink we did not order instead of giving a refund. It would be in the company's long term best interest to reevaluate their services.

Awful and very horrible experience. Ordered from this store at 5.50pm, food was supposed to arrive at 6.50pm. Waited until 7.16pm and the order status is still stuck at "preparing". Called the outlet and they said they only have just received the order and will be delivering to us by around 8.30pm. No apology was given at all. Decided to talk to manager. When we pushed for details, manager then admitted that they missed out the order and that this happened quite often with other customers' orders as well due to surge in orders and they will only double check and make the orders when customers call them. This is completely different from what was initially said, which was they have just received the order. Also, we understand there's a surge in order, but if it happens so often until the staff or manager does not even care about being truthful or care to at least sound apologetic about it then it is a really horrible practice of Pizza Hut to do so. Still, no apology was given by the manager and when we asked to talk with a higher up, the call was cut short with the manager ending the call by only saying "I will call you back later I'll prepare your food now first". We did not receive any call from them until the end. Food arrived at 8.18pm, but the condition was the worst we ever get from Pizza Hut; perhaps they were rushing to reach us as soon as they can that all 3 pizzas were lumped at one side of the box and the topping for our meat lover pizza took the worst hit; it's stuck to the top of the box. We had to pry open all the boxes slowly to salvage whatever we can save.
