Very disappointing. The drive through services sux. What's the purpose of drive through fast food if needs to wait 30mins. And the staff asked me to park my car and do order inside. I need to drive against traffic to park the car. Also to add inside the place, all the food shelf is empty. See attach photo. Wondr5 ie this the new trend. Very very disappointing!

On multiple occasions, wrong food was packed. Usually only realised that the food were wrong when I've reached home, as it can be troublesome to open up the containers to check. I've sent in complaint through their app a few times. Each time, I would get a response from the restaurant, stating the compensation, either in the form of food delivered to my house by the end of the week, or credit refund to my card. None of the promises were ever delivered, despite taking down my address. Ridiculous. Probably just the store manager's own way of accounting to management. Always check your food before leaving and never trust the manager.

A standalone KFC restaurant with a small number of parking lots out front. There is also a drive thru for quick takeaways. The chicken here tastes a bit nicer to me than some other KFC outlets.

One of the oldest KFC i know of in SG. Service standards has dropped though. Long wait for food even though there were no customers. Food end up was served cold with multiple items missing so have to go back counter to get.

Private transport owners’ best place. Free parking. Not that crowded.

Tried the porridge with ice milo on promotion. Both porridge and milo are very blend, nearly tasteless...

Just as in the US. Drive through, ample car parking, standalone site and convenient location. Update: August 12 2019 Just too many Food Panda orders. In house customers long waits and flustered. One advice: at dinner time half of Singapore is there and the other half is placing orders on line. And the in-store customers get served last. Yeah. Way to go KFC Pity the two staffs at the counter. They are cashiers, packers, order takers and consolers. Update 24 May 2022: Worse. Today only one senior lady citizen manning the ordering-cash register-ordering processing counter. Yes - ONE. The rest of the crew merrily Zoom around having a fun time chattering in their native language. Nevertheless, the auntie stoically carried on and did a magnificent job pacifying impatient customers. And she works really fast-but not sure for much longer.
