according to the app, it was supposed to arrive at 7:55. 1 hour later no updates, and the store is still quite close to my home. called the staff a few times, only update i got was “it’s on the way”. on the way for so long? i don’t blame the driver as they’re just doing their job but pizza hut could’ve at least notify me that my order was going to be late instead of letting me wait for 1+ hour. very disappointed with the service.

Very disappointed. I used to always order for Pizza Hut, but this time was really a bad experience. Placed a delivery order at 5.50pm, saying that estimated delivery time was 19:19. Wait until 8 pm still haven’t received my order. I called the store but can’t reach them. No choice I had to call customer service number. Thn they uses foodpanda rider to deliver my order. Received at 8.15 pm. I can understand if y’all were busy but 2hrs of waiting is abit ridiculous, missing one pizza some more?? Called them to deliver the missing pizza, don’t know when will my pizza reached??

Staff there are very lazy. Wanted to order self collect through app at 7.30pm, it says outlet close for the day. Went down personal to see and order and surprise, they were open and chatting with each other. Management please train your workers properly. Most of the time I walk past, I only see them chatting and laughing non stop.

Rude staff. When he said no 50% off because it was a public holiday, i said I can see the offer still online, and he replied don’t talk about online orders here instead of explaining. It’s false advertising because they still had the 50% off flashing everywhere.

Told wait would be 20 mins...end up waiting almost an 1hr. The food was already prepared long ago and yet to be packed? The girl handling the counter can't even be bothered to call out or let customers waiting for food pickup their orders are packed and waiting and it was not even busy! Seriously wake up your idea pizzahut.

They were nice to call me to say that my ordered will be delayed. Nevertheless Pizza and Garlic bread was still delicious. (Do not expect garlic bread to be toasty/crunchy, because of delivery). Tip: Order through their app.

Worst service ever. Their customer service and quality of food deteriorates gradually every month. The waiting time is way too long despite no one else ordering there. Delivery services are equally bad. The staff, especially those working in the counter are very rude they seem really unbothered to be working there. Moreover the pizza itself starts to taste so bad. I just had one where they notified me that there would be 45 minutes of waiting time, so in the meantime I went off to get some groceries. I managed to come back in about 30 minutes and my order was just left to sit at one corner all cold. When I got home I realised that the pizza was so cold and soggy, toppings all smudged and messy the dough was absolutely disgusting to eat him certain it was soaked in water before being packed into the box. I literally done with the staff and that entire branch, I strongly advice people to stop ordering from there. There is no point in running that pizza place unless they are going to train the staff better and ensure decent customer service. Absolutely horrible service They have great consistency in being the worst fast food joint ever
