Bought a kids bike 2 months ago From Vincent. The gear change was not smooth after my son rode it frequently. Brought back to Vincent and he fixed it for free. Absolute great service. Vincent is a 1 man shop and he can get quite busy at times so I think he might not be able to attend to everyone nice and patiently. But totally understandable.

My bike wheel spoke was broken. Brought the bike to the store for repair. Uncle very professional and knew what to do to get it fixed. As i work in shipyard, have alot of bikes company buy got issue. Will recommend company to bring the bikes to his shop to repair.

Uncle was helpful & honest at diagnosing my old rusty bike. Told me that the model is too old and parts are hard to find and replace and suggested that I should pump some air and just use as it is. If needed may buy a new bike!

I have going down to the shop on two occasions and was served by Vincent who is the owner of the shop. Vincent was very professional in his dealing and give me great advice on how to maintain my bike parts and serviced and installed my components extremely well. Despite his age Vincent is very well equipped with the knowledge of bicycle parts and the required tuning. Even though the prices may seem expensive, I do not mind paying a premium if the service rendered meets or exceeds my expectation. In this case Vincent went beyond the neets office service and give me excellent advice on how to ride and maintain my bicycle. Initially I was very skeptical of going down to the shop due to the reviews, have I realize that but I took the leap of faith that this was one of the best bike shops around in Woodlands currently. For anyone with any bicycle tuning or accessory needs I would recommend you to buy your pants online if Benson does not have stock for them and bring it down to Vincent to install. For those who come to shop here, do visit during the weekdays as the shop is always crowded during the weekends, and expect to wait quite a while in order to get your bike fixed or upgraded. Please do keep in mind that the shop is a one man show hence you will need to give Vincent some time to service your bike. I would strongly advise you message Vincent on WhatsApp before you head down to the shop in order to make sure that he can do the repairs necessary. Otherwise on all occasions, I was extremely pleased with the service rendered by Vincent and I would highly recommend this story to anyone who lives around Woodlands or Admiralty!

I purchased make bike for 290. 2 months ago but my friend purchased same bike for 200 before 2 months of me. Other bikes also very expensive. Same model same bike. Same aluminium frame.

Uncle charge me $10 to pump my bicycle wheel ? tell me my bicycle problem is lao hong, pump n done. Went to another bicycle shop n realised the wheel inside got hole lolx.?pump how many times also gna lao hong?

This Elite Bicycle Shop is The Nearest & The Worst Bloody Attitude near my house. Ask him nicely but response like we owe him money!! More than 18 years still never change his attitude!! Hello Boss can talk nicely or not?? I fix and pay okay. Never ask for FREE!!

In the morning while riding my kid to school, I realized my bicycle shifter have problem unable to shift up and down gear smoothly. Went up to Google check and this is the 3rd shop I visited. 1st shop was super unprofessional, just blaming it is the parts problem by looking at it and don't even bother to touch and see what exactly is going on. So not going to visit that shop anymore. 2nd shop was closed, so the nearest at the point of time "Elite bike Trading". Read the reviews and was very skeptical of going due to the low ratings and bad reviews given. Took the chance and try out myself see whether is it true or not. Upon reaching there, greeted the Uncle (I believed he is the owner) and told him the exact words "I think my bike shifter got some problem" and without a second thought he ran through my gears and shift up and down to diagnose the problem. The whole fixing process took 10 - 15mins and was resolved, what he value-added is he told me how should I shift up and down my shifter next time to better take care of my shifters. Uncle went straight to the point and do not beat around the bush, so my overall experience is a 10/10. I would say the reviews here do not do justice to this shop. Read some of the reviews is that either people went down the shop during busy time and expect their problem to solve first and do not understand the meaning of patience, or bought stuff online and expect the bicycle shop to be like some mama shop have all the parts in the world to help him to resolve. In conclusion, if you are a person without patience or self-entitled beings who do not take advice then please do not go down and give Uncle even more problems. I would advice people to go down probably during weekdays morning when there are lesser people to get a good experience on it. Thank you.
