PJE GROUP PTE LTD

So my family and I booked the "Gardens by the Bay Tour and Haidilao Steamboat Dinner" Tour (Wednesday) on Klook which was organized by PJE group. During the day before the tour, we called the company, but there was no one picking up the phone. Also, reading the past reviews on Google & Facebook gave me a scare for the tour. On the day of the tour, the tour guide reached on time at 2pm. Her name is Huang Yao, she is very friendly and energetic. During the tour, she communicate to us using Chinese and English, although her English was not very fluent. The gardens by the bay tour went smoothly and the coach bus arrive on time to bring us for the dinner which was at Bugis+. The dinner was better than expected and my family and I were very full at the end of it. Overall, the tour was better than what I had expected. My family and I did enjoy the tour and the dinner. We also talked to the other people, who were in the same tour, and they said that they enjoy the tour and dinner too.

Booked a Gardens by the Bay + Furama buffet dinner via Klook, which was handled by PJE. Worst experience ever. Messy "registration" during meetup, and the "tour guide" did not even understand when we asked if the tour was via Klook. Then, the tour was supposed to be in English and Chinese, but ZERO english was spoken, and all the "guide" did was bring us from the MRT to the entrance to Cloud Forest. However, the worst is dinner was NOT available because of overbooking. Told us to change the venue to Jumbo Seafood, only to wait 2 hrs before being told Jumbo did not have space for us. Only finally managed to take dinner BACK at Furama after 8pm

Clark Quay History walkabout + Haidilao hotpot was supposed to start at 10 am but there was no tour guide at the meeting point. Wasted 30 minutes waiting while my family tried to contact the company, but to no avail. Fortunately, we were able to eat our lunch at 11.30 am after we contacted Traveloka, but the history walkabout was close to non-existent. Excluding the food, we had an unpleasant experience. Overall, very unprofessional and poor planning. Will not recommend.

Scam. Booked SEA Aquarium and Seafood Lunch tour via Sgp Rediscover Vouchers for elderly parents. On the original date we booked - last minute email informing us that tour has been re-scheduled as Aquarium is not open. I was surprised that Tour Agency had not checked Aquarium's availability earlier. On the re-scheduled date, there was no info given on details of where to meet for the tour, etc. When I called the tour agency's HP number, was advised it was a Gardens by the Bay tour and not SEA Aquarium tour. When I asked why they changed the tour, tour agent denied that she was working for PJE and she will advise the right tour guide to contact us. No one followed up and there was no tour in the end. Have lodged complaint with Sgp Tourism Board. AVOID this company, scam agency. Please report to Sgp Tourism Board if you have been similarly scammed.

Absolutely atrocious planning and lack of professionalism on the tour guide's part. If I could give half a star, I would. I bought the $100 Singapore River Cruise with Jumbo Seafood Dinner package via Klook for my family and I. First of all, shouldn't it be basic courtesy for the tour guide to arrive before any of the participants? Everyone that was supposed to go on the boat had arrived half an hour before the expected start time of the tour, and the tour guide was nowhere to be found until about 10 minutes before. Never mind the long registration process and head count, that's understandable because there were at least 8 groups of people to register. Most of the guests were elderly folk, some of them had to be supported while walking, there was one elderly uncle with a walking stick even. Did the tour guide take any of this into consideration when guiding us to the boat? No, she was walking so fast that only one group of people of about 5 could keep up with her while the rest of the mega group of 20 people were trying to catch up. Remember the man with the walking stick? Remember him, because he and his sweet wife are the whole reason behind me writing this review. He and his wife were at the very back of the group of people trying to catch up with the tour guide, and guess what? By the time they caught up to the tour guide, their group's boat had already left the port. They had essentially been forgotten and left behind. Which begs the question of whether the tour guide even bothered doing a head count. It gets worse. Sure, the tour guide was apologetic, but the damage had been done. So the tour guide offered them to go to Jumbo restaurant first. You would think "Oh, maybe they can have their dinner first before catching a later boat ride, thereby still completing the full "Singapore River Cruise with Jumbo Seafood Dinner" experience they had paid for. You're wrong again, because this poor couple had to wait 30 minutes for the rest of their group to come back from the boat ride, and then another 20 minutes to be sat down and receive their first dish. And they could not even schedule a later boat ride with the tour guide, because literally right after everyone was sat down for dinner, she left! I also find it difficult to understand why this event even needed a tour guide, because she essentially just led us to the boat port, didn't even get onto the boat with us, then led us to get seated for dinner. In conclusion, this whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth, because I can't help feeling bad for the elderly couple who essentially wasted their 3 hours and had a mediocre meal to top it off. 0/5. Literally never again.

Badly disorganised - thought it would be better as it's not the first month of run. 1) Itinerary mentioned to arrive 15mins early. Tour guides strolled in a few minutes after arrival time. 2) No flags, no loudspeaker, no stickers, just two inconspicious tour guides holding different pages of name list. 3) Long waiting time at unconducive location outside MRT, everyone was waiting around everywhere and I heard it's for a single latecomer. 4) Not discriminating but it's just ironic how their China tour guides are guiding Singaporeans to Singapore food/attractions. 5) Me and my partner left halfway because it's a lot of waiting around in a stuffy crowd with no clear instructions. I suggest everyone to save your time and money and book a better experience elsewhere.

Bought e River cruise tour using our voucher. Utterly disappointed with the way they organised the tour No sign of PJE group at exit E cos they are not taking any signboard or anything indicating they are from PJE. You have ask around who the tour guide. We supposed to start at 5pm. We haven't even started the tour cos tour guide are still trying to sort out which group you belongs to and what they need to do. Tour guide is totally clueless what's going on or what to do. They are still waiting and making phone calls. Check the photos yourself. Food totally not worth $75 per pax. Will stay away from this unprofessional tour group as far as possible. Felt scammed.

I bought the $100 Singapore River Cruise with Jumbo lunch package. It’s just lunch and then hop on the river cruise. The cruise costs $25 so lunch should be $75 per pax, which normally could get you a really good meal at Jumbo seafood restaurant. But alas, I think we only got the $30 set lunch menu. I can’t complain since this was paid for by the government sponsored $100 voucher and I did enjoy the 3 hr lunch and scenic boat tour. I really like that the boat was electric and hence quiet and no fumes from the engine.
