β β β β β Everything is good, just too expensive for Malaysian Visa application. 75 dollars per person while other place can get it done 60 dollars.

β β β β β Booked a package with them to thailand. Tour guide very quiet, didn't explain anything to us regarding the places. Their itinerary stated the package include 10 mins elephant ride. Our elephant ride was less than 2 mins. We saw other tour group ride the elephants for much longer path/duration. Our elephant took shortcut and just join the other tour elephants when they were returning.
Paid for a private tour and got a shopping tour instead. Went to Gems Gallery and Honey Bee Farm etc...
We will not book tour package with them again.
