★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady boss is very easy going and nice to talk with. Have been visiting bike link once in a while for my bicycle servicing and buying parts since my secondary days. Certain things here are consider ok priced whereas certain things can be also overcharged. Like swaping 2 tyres cost $20 without changing inner tubes. Just the workmanship is $10 per tyre to swap. Overall conclusion is some stuffs you can do better do yourself. Unless needed to visit mechanic , do not ask bike link to help as it will incur very high price and also next time ask price before mechanic start to do the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boss uncle is a nice guy. They offer thick inner tire replacement which is rare cuz other bike shops within Yishun did not offer. Will recommend for fuss free cheap and good services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to change spoke, they say they don't have my size. So I own self ordered online and go back to the shop to change. They are willing to help to change it.
But here comes the twist where the spoke I bought is wrong size and the boss went to try to find in his shop and luckily found 1 which can fit my bicycle size.
One thing here is that, their way of helping is very different. They will just help you. Literally help you find solution to your bike. You don't expect smth like, hello please wait here awhile and I'll try to find a way to get around to fix your bike. So don't misunderstand the boss of being not friendly and stuff. Is just his way of work style in my point of view. Fix stuff fast, less talk, save time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boss is really helpful and accomodating. I brought a cheap freewheel removal tool online and mess up my wheel. So I bring my wheel to the shop to see if they are able to assist to help remove the freewheel. The boss was super nice and offer his staff to help. In the end I brought a good quality freewheel removal tool from him.
Previously I did also went here to check if they sell cable end cap. The boss was super nice again and offer it for free since they don't sell it as a product.
