Peiyi listed out all the items included in the renovation costs, and those items that are not before I sign the contract, greatly appreciated her for this. No hidden cost or unexpected expenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went down to Brickwood Studio showroom for a consultation. Love the design and the vibe of the showroom. Sat down with ID J for a discussion, he was really patient in explaining his design and ideas. His design was very detailed and meet all of our needs. Most importantly, he wasn’t pushy in selling us his ideas and always try to work around our initial plan to add in his design. He also helped us plan out our renovation cost and try to match our budget. 10/10 recommended

We wanted to do a modern industrial theme and he is able to meet all of our needs and gave us the proper recommendations. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pei Yi has been very attentive to us and I really appreciate her responsiveness. We agreed to a stipulated turnaround time of replies and she has always exceeded expectations.
PY also tries to creatively think of solutions eg concealing piping and trunking because she is aware of my distaste for visible piping. I also appreciate her consistent responsiveness after completing the renovation.
Would highly recommend and will definitely engage her again.
