Awesome 1st visit to Pocket Pets. Lijia is very professional. She explained the process clearly and clarify my doubts. Grooming session was perfectly done. My Pomeranian looks so fluffy & cute. Highly recommended!! My puppy has been going for his grooming here ever since he came home. Love how every look that I request for is achieved! Timely updates of photos and videos were provided to let me know how my puppy was doing. Groomer is patient and always give good advice of what would suit my puppy best! Very reasonably priced and groomer is very accommodating to appointment timings when requested. My puppy is always eager for his grooming session and leap out of the bag to greet her and that’s how we know how much he enjoys it! Always looking forward to my puppy’s fur cut after grooming with her!

I consider this is my first time bringing my recently adopted senior cat to a groomer. I was nervous at first, in the end the experience and services provided from LiJia is happily very promising and satisfying to me and my furbaby. LiJia is very friendly, kind, overall professional in taking care of a furbaby whose lack in exposure to grooming sesh, thus she makes one's pet comfortable and trust in a new environment. LiJia also shows recorded clip and picture during the grooming sesh of my furbaby, she also gives excellent feedbacks for what is needed to be aware of and attend to daily for my furbaby. I look forward to having another appointment with her for my cat in the near future! ??

Lijia is experienced, meticulous, professional and knowledgeable! Silver's fur is unlike most dogs and usually, a few days after grooming (from ALL of the different salons we patronised), he would have his fringe covering his eye again after a few days despite us telling the groomer to cut around his eye area. As days goes by, he looks cuter and cuter! She was really experienced and nice! It was really reassuring to know that she sanitise the room before and after every session. On the day of the appointment, we had a general health consultation for my dog, Silver and I told her some of my concerns which she answered them all to the best of her knowledge. She is really one of a kind because the previous places where we went to doesn't provide general consultations. She took the time to examine and answered all our questions before the session and after the session, she even told us what she observed during the session and afterwards, she provided useful insights on how we can resolve the issues! Apart from the above, she even shared tips with us on how we can care for Silver's fur and general hygiene! You can tell she holds herself and her 'work' to a very high standard because she came down and went back upstairs to touch up on his face on her own accord. Thank you, Lijia! PS: She's really very patient too because we wanted to book an appointment last minute and she was really kind to coordinate it for us but we had to cancel it due to a sudden QO. Then, we booked another appointment, but as there was an earlier slot available, she asked if we wanted that slot instead. We agreed BUT we didn't manage to show up because we mistook the timeslot... STILL, she was really nice and she helped us rearrange the appointment. ? THANK YOU SO MUCH!! ? We'd definitely become regulars!

Patient and friendly groomer. Pixie looked very happy after grooming. Nice cut and wonderful smell. Reasonably priced.
