★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe I'm unlucky but they have pretty bad workmanship. I collected my wedding bands in March and a month later a gem fell off my ring.
I went back to have it repaired but a few days later it fell off again. I informed them of this and was told that I can return it for repair but I have lost confidence in their service.

Do not expect high end service as they are more like a workshop to realize the design that you want. Suggest to know what you want before going down as it’s like a chop chop service there. Will recommend to friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small quaint location in an industrial hub. Owner and staff are all very patient, explaining things thoroughly and in detail. Quality of their rings and stones are great too! Price wise, they are extremely affordable, probably one of the cheapest options out there, do check them out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have never heard of this place until my fiancé’s colleague recommended him to check them out & we truly never regretted it.
we went to another retail boutique store & they quoted us $2.9k for our wedding bands. this design wasn’t on their list but we got to customise our rings & we got it for half the price.
we were told our rings were gonna take 6 weeks but it ended up only taking 4 weeks. in the previous boutique, we were told we needed to order our rings asap because it needs 4-5 months lead time.
the boss is really friendly & they’ll drop you a text when it is ready for collection. we have recommended this place to our friends who are about to propose / get married and we know Poh Kim will not fail to deliver!!
