Horrible attitudes and very unfriendly staff(both male and female) . Was trying one of the machines but ran out on tokens so I went to get more coins and when I came back, the toy was moved back to its original position(pretty far from the shoot) . Told the lady that I was still playing when she just shut the machine but she refused to help me reposition it. If you get them to help you reposition toys, they will purposely go to the back of the store which is out-of-bounds to customers. DO NOT PLAY unless you are ready to burn a big hole in your wallet and you might not even win anything QwQ

Quite a lot cute doll there, planned to get one for my girlfriend, but had a very terrible experience there, the male staff attitude is terrible, there are quite a few bugs set to the machine, for example, sometime the claw will stuck, sometime it will throw the doll or figurine box, then the staff will just reset the gift to the starting position. My advice is if you seriously want to get something, you need to spend at least $30~40, if just play for fun or trying your luck, my advice is never ever try it out.

Omg this place is a real scam! Spent lile 40bucks n caught nothing. The machine has a spring gym mechanism that will bounce back the toy in another direction away from the hole. Stay away unless u want to burn money!

Their plushies are all really cute but you would have a really hard time getting them - the claw is VERY weak. I spent $16 there and caught a plushie (it was dirty) which was about 15cm tall.

Staff are friendly, responsive and helpful. They are genuinely happy to see customers win. The toys are nice and legit. Machines are well maintained and in good condition.

Was there few times, the guy and lady friendly. Will help if you encounter problems clawing.. Recommended to visit if you ard the area.

Horrendous experience. I’d like to give this place a rating lower than 1 star, but unfortunately it’s not possible. Today (6 April 2022) at around 3pm, I had the exact same experience as a reviewer, Travis See Toh from 2 years ago had. I was with some of my friends. I was shaking the joystick hard at first. A male staff then came over and told me not to play with the joystick. Afterwards I proceeded to press one of the buttons. The staff then proceeded to scold me with vulgarities in Hokkien (namely, “cb”, “knn”). He proceeded to point at the sign and said “can’t read is it?” I tried to de-escalate things by acknowledging the rules stated on the sign but he continued to cuss at me and even threatened to start a fight. My friends and I then proceeded to walk out of the store but the staff (still the male staff as there didn’t seem to be any other staff around at the time) continued to follow us and gave us a stare. As previously mentioned by many other reviewers, don’t visit this place.

Feel like a scam shop to me, I have played many crane machines which usually have weak claws and have to reach a certain amount to qualify for a strong one. This shop has a strong grip but it has an added function - it flings the toy to the opposite side of the hole after picking up. Wonder how one could catch a toy here. Staffs are unfriendly as well.
