Worst experience， keep sell membership , and service very bad , won’t come again

Service was good and the nail artist was very polite. She did a solid job and my nails are still looking great even after a week.

It is not even worth a star. I had the worst experience with Jcube outlet while doing my nails. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THEY DO NOT TAKE IT FACEBOOK REVIEW. So, DO NOT GET CHEATED. I signed a package at their Far East Plaza outlet, I signed the first time because the service was not too bad & they told me that there is another outlet in Jurong (which was near my house) However, my first visit to their Jcube outlet was a HUGE horror. 1) My fingers in being cut and it was bleeding. (I will be sending you the images after this text). Initially, the staff saw it, she casually apologized but no action were actively taken. My fingers was left there bleeding (however I couldn’t take a photo for this one as my hand is being occupied) My fingers now is slightly swollen and it is painful when I wash my hand. (It hurts when it touches water - you can refer to the photo attached) 2) I told her that my nail is slanted, she argues with me that it was how my nails grows out. I leave it as it is because it was difficult communicating in their Chinese and mine. After that I asked for a nail design art that turned out a total disaster, I asked her if I could add more of the pink on the “marbled” effect nails, she told me that the pink is too light and it wouldn’t make a different painting the color or not. I did not have high hopes on how they can duplicate the design I took from online but the lazy attitude of skipping painting the color because it was too light and it wouldn’t show, this is unacceptable. I WILL NEVER recommend anyone to visit the outlet, SAVE YOUR LITTLE FINGER FROM THE TORTURE & they insisted me to pay $650.

earlier i went to do classic manicure and the service was great. i forgot to bring cash with me but since my mother had the package, the nail tech said that i can just go first and that my mother can pay tmr. very polite & considerate, will come back for sure.

Best pedicure and Medicare services thus far in Singapore! The service staffs are always cheerful and gentle, I recall my first experience in Bangkok and terrified! But here they assure me and true enough ! Ever since I patrol there and jio many of my friends there too ! Best spa shop ever ! Thank you !
