★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to educate your staff when collecting of order need to give customer back the other copy of the goods order which signed. Not insisting that the pasted copy on the plastic bag is the goods order which I can't use to perform good receipt on my side. By the way, your staff don't seem to be able to understand simple English. This is Singapore not Chinapore.

Food - 4 stars.
Service 2 stars.
Arrived at the stall and the older female staff was busy with other things. No one to attend to waiting customers even though there were other staff there.
Had to wait for 10 minutes while that older staff was slowly confirming her items for grab delivery when there were 2 customers waiting at the counter. Only when we complained and spoke to a lady supervisor/manager who was there and she said to that staff that customers at the stall come 1st, then we got served.
I love the custard puff (made fresh daily without preservatives) and sugar roll and the other baked puffs from Polar, but the service here definitely needs a lot of improvements (both speed n service attitude)
