β β β β β With my ratings of 2 stars i can say that i'm deeply disappointed in the services of a particular salesman.On Wednesday 11th April, i had bought a pair of chelsea black boots for size 5 for $59.95.I had specifically asked for size 5 and he did give to me or so i thought.Now take note that this man was not very pleasant when attending to me and he had potrayed a sourface.Today was my first time wearing them and shockingly,the shoe on my right had felt looser and bigger compared to the shoe on my left.Feeling that this was very strange,i took off both my shoes and to my surprise,i had found that the left shoe was size 5 and the right shoe was size 7.Now i am currently on the way to ask for the proper size.My reccommendation would be that if you are going to this particular Bata outlet,be sure to double check you purchases,due to the fact that the salesman would be careless and arrogant to do his job properly.

β β β β β What is with that older woman working there? I get retail is hard and tiring but iβm pretty sure youβre supposed to treat customers well when youβre working. Orange eyeshadow lady was the problem. The younger one going around doing her job and helping customers well wasnβt. That Young lady saved the whole experience honestly. BATA itself has great selections and some nice stuff, itβs just that one staff working there ruined everything. Pretty sure she was the manager on 16/11/21

β β β β β Being a member at BATA I received an sms telling me because is my birthday month , I will receive 20% off my spending for this month . Brought both my kids there to buy new shoes however upon payment at counter the salesman told us the discount is not recorded in their system even after I show him the sms I got from their company and confirm my identity with birth dates. He tell us there is nothing he can do and want us to come back the next day to check for the outcome after he has inform his manager. We have no choice but to put up because our kids are already so excited about their new shoes and not wanting to disappoint them and spoil our day. It is not the discount or the 10-20$ off that we are unhappy but what your company promise have to be delivered and not telling us even there could be error on our system but he cannot do anything about it.

β β β β β Went on 16/11 and was served by a young lady and an older one. The young lady was super nice with helping us, when we asked for it. Before that, though we asked if we could use these vouchers we got for a section(not school shoes) . They said yes. When we went to checkout, the older lady, a bit bigger and had greying hair, orange eyeshadow and fake brows, was being extremely rude. She suddenly then said that the vouchers were only to be used for school items and that itβs in the T&Cs. Thatβs why we asked beforehand?? Didnβt even smile and was so dismissive. If it wasnβt for the young lady we would have given 1 star. Terrible service ? Iβd rather go the one at Parkway, the service there has always been amazing.

β β β β β Today I went to bata outlet at white sand shopping mall to get a slipper for my girl. The service of this shop is terrible, firstly I went I asked the Indian lady to get me a new pair of slipper. When I request for it, she were just staring blank in air while there are other customers in the shop. No one bother to serve. This is my 1st and last time visiting this bata shop. When I went to make payment, the older women at the cashier gave me a black n unhappy face, she don't even bother to ask if I m a bata member. Omg why will bata hire this kind of staff? Poor n terrible standard. Please buck up, Sketchers staff are even much better in terms of price n service. I wonder if the bata store in white sands have any sales. Amk centre and compass one outlet have a better service. Please don't work in retail line if you are in this kind of attitude for work. Why m I getting this kind of attitude when I m the paying customer? I don't get the slippers for free!!
