โ โ โ โ โ Nothing but respect for the SPF but the only way you're going to get them to pick up the phone is to spam call them. If no one picks up, immediately call back and repeat till someone picks up. I got through on my 9th try

โ โ โ โ โ Only picks up 1 out lf 10 times. It's like calling your friend who owes you money and then MIA, please train your staffs to have the efficiency to pick up people's calls. I believe tons of people left voicemails and none was getting called back. ?
P.s : its our valuables that's why we called. Please understand that our valuables contain sensitive information and stuffs hence all the urgent calls are needed to verify if the items were found. Just pick up the call. Thanks.
