Due to covid-19, ask people wait outside even sun so big and hot but totally no safe distance when we wait outside,means that outside they don't care, go in have to care

Served by Cindy at counter. Extremely polite and courteous. Entire process took a while and understandably so, as verification is needed. Accompanying person was rejected politely at gate due to current covid situation ?

Police Station to collect your lost items. There is no parking around the area.

Efficient process. Lost my wallet, got a postal mail and was asked to verify and collect from this office. The building is undergoing some work, but that didn't matter as the system functioned smoothly. Had to fill two small forms, got verified and was out in 15 flat! Kudos ??

except for one staff member who was incredibly helpful . tl;dr : Their system had a major fault an officer didn't do due diligence and misled us. will try not to make a long story longer. I was made to stand in the sun 15 mins then wait in the sun 30 mins then leave and come back 1 hour plus 15 mins more wait. as I recall. I posted exact times on FB. my husband's wallet was found and handed in at changi police station (the one by the CC). nice neighbour out it in the lost property box at the station and posted on facebook. I saw the post 4 or 5 days later and went straight to the police centre to collect it the next day. it was not there. the police person (who had worked with my husband to submit the police report) told us to go to the FUPO directly. no further info or directions nothing. $%&€_£ I went to 1 Hemmant road the next day and was rudely dismissed by the officer at the gantry post because I had no letter. ($%&€_£) finally I spoke to someone who asked me to wait. I stood there for 12 minutes before I was able to speak to the officer inside the gantry and they asked me to sit down (there was a plastic chair around the other wall of the gantry after all). I waited 15 minutes in the sun (not that I minded) before a young chap came along and i explained again. he was said he would check for me. 15 minutes wait again. when he returned he said good news they had the wallet. bad news I would have to come back in 40 minutes. I went and got dessert at the Grandlink mall (another story) when I got back after an hour cos i had a feeling it wasn't ready yup i had to wait another 10 or 15 mins this time inside an aircon area. eventually after an officer had taken his time to come over to witness the counting of the cash as it was $200+ and they need a witness for over $200, I made it out about 2 hours 15 mins after arrival. no photos because police.

Entering greeted with a warm welcome. Service to collect lost belongings also professional and very customer orientated.

Went there to pick up my son's ID. Simple check-in process at the entrance. Proceeded inside the building. They had one counter, but the staff was very polite and expeditious. The only issue is that there is no parking on Hemmant Rd. I parked illegally there and turn on my hazard light. The authorities should have just created some legalized road side parking lots.
