The owner, Mr Bernard Ng is a kind and patient gentleman. He is willing to share his knowledge readily and had deduced the faults twice in my SX4 accurately even before i consulted a mechanic. He was spot on. He is experienced n has good technical knowledge of parts n issues car owners face. His prices are reasonable (even after trawling through google searches online) and most importantly his shop stocks quality original and oem parts. A must go to place for suzuki parts. Most parts can be obtained immediately and he offered to send some to my workshop for my convenience. I gained loads of technical knowledge on my car just by meeting him on 2 occasions. He deduced faults my mechanic couldn't and this is mainly from his customer experience. A true gentleman with kind, polite staff and willing to help deduce faults quickly. Thanks Mr Bernard!
