★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy any financial products from POSB. Would be better if you enquired at the company with the product itself.
Enquired on a product that my late dad passed only to be pushed back to the company. Then why should we get from POSB? Don't they take the commission from the product itself?
Staff at the entrance seemed poorly trained and had to call the staff in the office. Even the staff in the office couldn't help me. You deserve this 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, the wait is horrendous. Used the sms for the queue number reminder and the number is 9024 and the reminder says 5 in front of me. But the display is 9014 serving. So if the sms says how many in front of you, you must double it. The staff are mostly trainees and even a 1 piece $100 note, they still put in the counting machine to check if its really 1 piece. Overall, super slow service.
