Potato Corner

16 Jan 20 1.50pm I was so shocked. The staff looked at me and ignored me, so i proceeded to ask, still quite confused, "Is the stall open?" He looked back and responded indignantly, "Yes!" and turned his back onto me again. I'm so confused! Can someone explain to me why he behaved like that and how that is an appropriate way to work? Who hired him. Just left the man and his stupid attitude behind

Very rude Malay lady staff, asked if still available as I stand at the cashier so long but no one bother to entertain. Still didn't bother to reply but give a very bad attitude by not looking at the customer and bad body language. BOOP!

Always my fav French fry shop! On 3 April 2021: I ordered 2 megas but they gave me only one mega and one jumbo. :( so I think they mixed up.

Ordered via food delivery app from this outlet and the food arrived hot and freshly made. We asked for utensils but they didn't provide it as it might have been overlooked. Nonetheless the flavours were good and we enjoyed the fries and popcorn chicken. I got Chilli BBQ and my friends got the other flavours. Do try!

Customer service so bad.. had a bad experience over there.. on 20 June around 7-8 pm. The woman at the cashier, her tone of voice, and the way she communicates were impolite. First time having this kind of treatment from this service. Not gonna go back there again.

I got mega fries (half cheese, half sour cream). Will always be my favorite fries ❤. Eat it right away 'cause it's not good if already soggy ☺

The fries a 5/10 but the service is a 0/10. Ordered creamy truffle on 7/01/2022 at around 1.20 pm & i received a completely different flavor (i think it was chilli bbq) I kindly told the cashier about her mistake to get a replacement bc she got my order wrong and she told me that i “either it or leave it” rudely. I do not understand her logic as I, a customer, paid for the fries and i’m entitled to get a replacement, when you got my order wrong. We can compare this experience with HOW when you get serve the wrong dish at a cafe, they will replace ur meal with the one u ordered without questing you twice. Yes, the fries are cheap and getting an order wrong is no biggie but the attitude i received was TERRIBLE. When i probed further, i was told that the fries ran out. Seriously, this was a very ridiculous claim as its 1.20 pm. How on earth can your fries “run out” at 1.20 pm? Does ur staff seriously expect anyone to believe her LOL First, ur staff failed to correct her mistake and second, she made a bold lie. Truly an F tier service provided. I’m not sure why potato corner is so absurdly horrendous in training their staff in customer service. What’s the point of expanding to various parts of SG if ur staff cannot even treat your customers adequately or show basic manners? Not even a simple “sorry” was said during this whole exchange. Just look at potato corner’s reviews from other outlets, many agree that their service is horrible. Perhaps they’re too complacent and only care abt making profits instead of listening to the feedback their customers give. Seriously considering boycotting potato corner. Do better.

This is first time I tried the fries from Potato Corner. Initially I was expecting the fries will be nice and taste special because it's like fries specialist shop. I bought the fries and reached home in about 15 mins and all the fries are aldy soggy. Anyway, will try the fresh one next time.
