β β β β β Even though Iβve purchased tickets online but still have to queue at the counter for entry.
The skates got a weird smell so better bring an extra pair of socks to change into after the session to avoid contaminating your own shoes.
The vending machine belonging to Coca Cola company is not working and the staff at the Rink will not be able to help, youβll have to call the hotline written on the machine. Even though I told the staff to put up a notice on the vending machine in case someone else had to lose their cash, she acknowledged without doing anything. Maybe itβs none of their business.
There were lots of scratches on the ice just 15 mins into the session due to the many ppl and it makes skating difficult if youβre not familiar with it coz the uneven surface will impact your control of the skates.
Good for first timers. Will not visit again.

β β β β β Booking online was swift and easy but didn't take notice that 1/3 of the rink will be taken by private lessons so the center rink was without support. Nonetheless I took it as a great opportunity for me to learn how to not rely on any support. Started the session needing support, but there were quite a few people leaning onto the support, so to really improve is to let go and skate across from one end to the other or not you have to wait for these people to move on. Glad that by the end of the session, I can walk from one end to the other with no support and not falling down for now. Super happy about it. Enjoyed my time at the rink.
Do print out the confirmation slip in advance when redeeming the tickets. The skates are quite hard, had some blisters after about an hour. Glad that they didn't burst or anything as I was wearing low socks. Good to wear something a little thicker and longer. Treat it like a battle scar. Also do retain the tickets for exit just in case.
It's a little hot by the way. Don't really need a jacket.

β β β β β The ice was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. I was also impressed that they were appropriately strict (from what I observed) when people were getting a bit reckless but not in a rude manner. The rental boots were clean and were in reasonable working order. My only negative comment is regarding the extreme build up of mould on the ceiling boards all around the rink. Not only is it unsightly, it is not great from a health perspective especially for those susceptible to mould. All in all, a fun session! Thanks.

β β β β β The Rink is a very lively place where many enjoy the speed and coolness of skating.
Now you would need to book online if you wish to visit the Rink.
It's also entertaining to watch many people skating.
Rates are reasonable. Staff are competent.
Remember to bring jacket when you are there.

β β β β β I had to make an online booking to be able to enter the rink and the process was smooth. It is very enjoyable and fun to skate in the rink for 2 hours with my family members. It is a large space and the staff service here is decent. It is a fun experience when me and my friends came here to skate and bond over the skating session. Overall, I would say that this is an enjoyable place to bond with your friends.

β β β β β Nice rink with a good system in place. It's Christmas time and they have snow at the end of the session - it really just bubbles but my kid enjoyed it anyway. Only complaint is it didn't last the whole 5 mins they promised. Brought my 3 year old daughter and they had very cute skates small enough for her! There is a toilet inside the rink that you can go to without taking your skates off (super useful with a child with a small bladder). You have to book your 2-hr slot in the website before you go. Make sure to keep your entry ticket because you have to scan it to check out (they will charge you a fee if you lose it).

β β β β β The ice was very smooth compared to the one at Kallang. Not a bad place to come and spend time with your partner.
Plan ahead so that you can get the time slot that you want if not they sell out quickly for some reason. Not sure if the rink people reserve some tickets for themselves but do buy ahead at 12pm sharp when they release the tickets
