5 Jan 22: Received the speakers on the following day afternoon. All items are in excellent condition. Installation of the system is relatively easy as well. (see attached photo for the system I've purchased) Good quality speakers, able to reach to a very high volume without getting distorted.
For those who are concerned about disturbing your neighbors, I have personally tested this by placing a phone outside my window to capture the volume with the windows closed and blinds drawn. Surprisingly, the sound is really filtered and softened by a lot (ie.like 10% of what we could hear directly when in the living room) so worried not and go ahead with the purchase. Suggestions to test out the personally before making the purchase.
3 Jan 22: Went to the showroom to experience their karaoke system, their sales person Hua Shan is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a wide variety of speaker systems for you to select from and they really sound from mediocre to premium KTV. Thumbs up to this system!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously I bought the starter kit with a smaller woofer and speaker, today I brought my friend down to experience the system. Reeve is very patient and explain in detail, hence I decided to upgrade my sound system. End up my friend also very happy and bought the $2299 set with bigger woofer and speaker, and me also upgraded my speaker to the same as my friend's. Overall very well and satisfying experience.
