I would like to share my feedback for technician Mr Fong Ming Sing whom had recently attended to my house visit for the repair of my bosch dryer. Mr Fong has an excellent working attitude which make us felt very warm hearted. he is very knowledgeable and keen in assisting us solving the issue, he also went extra miles on teaching and sharing with us the tips and steps on how we could keep the machine in better conditions, he was also very patience to have answer all our queries and uncertainties. Lastly he changed and fixed all the issues which have bothered us for months and so far the issue did not persist again. Once again I would like to thank Mr Fong for his excellent service rendered.
