Booked Pre Departure supervised ART tests for both of my parents at their branch at the Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel. Both bookings, tests and issuing of certificates went smoothly. Thanks TTP!

Pre-booked our PCR test a few days prior to our departure. It’s one of the few test centers that were open on weekends. Our results were sent to us the next day before 17:00.

PCR result not ontime, crews said for express 5-6 hours but in fact i get in 7 hours and my boy friend who do same time with me got ontime in 6 hours, and that cause i miss my flight and in big loss, because i miss my next flight and hotel too, my boyfriend should cancel his flight because can't leave me alone in singapore again should buy 2 new ticket and hotel to stay back, we both can't go for office in monday. Such a bad experince we beg in email ( they not put telephone number on google or our receipt, to contact them so difficult) and they just says our crew already told 6-7 hours, which is that is not true because the crews says just 5 hours maximal 6 hours for express. Clearly also the crew ask our flight what time before sample taken and we tell them, i mean if there 7 hours from the begining, they will told us that is impossible to do and absolutly we will not panic and prepare everything or go to other place,but the crew just like yeah yeah, okay it's possible. 4:10 pm my flight and result came 4:25 pm, sample taken 09:38 am, we beg for big help but.. btw for express also we pay SGD500 but its okay if that can come out ontime.

Prompt and Professional swab tests at reasonable rates available everyday at this location. This centre does both ART and PCR tests for travelers and locals. Look for the big red heart along the river entrance (blue zone) and the clinic is right next to it.

Warning! Wrong location! The actual location is at Clarke quay central mall outside by the river. For the testing of pcr, it's convenient and thr workers are nice. Got the result quick.

The place indicated on goggle map is wrong, be careful : follow the street indication, walk by the river and you will find a big red heart : the entrance of the little booth is there. Doesn't look a clinic but they did the job despite some delays because they couldn't log in into the system... Anyway, in 30 mins I did everything, and receive the pcr test result in 24 hours.
