DTAP Clinic @ Robertson GP-Plus Medical Services (Men's & Women's Health)

I was down at Dr Tan and Partners today and saw Dr Nicole. The moment I stepped into the room the dr was rude and displayed lots of attitude to me. She didn’t even have the decency to say hi and had to say it reluctantly. She then proceeded to full-on lecture me because I had a fever. I was not informed by the receptionist that your clinic does not take patients with cold symptoms. She then interrogated me trying to blame me for coming there with cold symptoms even though I was not aware that your clinic do not accept patients with cold symptoms and i told her that multiple times, that i was not informed by your Receptionist about it. Throughout the whole process the doctor was extremely rude and had so much attitude. If she had been nice about it I would be completely fine but that was not the case. I do not think that drs should be so rude to their patients as they are sick and that is the last thing that they need. I will not be going back.

I had my vaccination there. The front desk staff and doctor are both friendly.

Was told the clinic closes at 9pm but they stop accepting patients at 8pm because they need to do the paperwork so they can leave at 9pm. What kind of service is that???

Did my Pre Departure test here. Procedure was smooth and the lady who did the procedure was very gently and careful. You would get your result the next day. Would suggest that you call to book your appt.

Glad to have known Dr Ti of the clinic. I wasn’t able to find any doctor who would patiently help me to investigate a wicked male health problem until I come across this clinic and Dr Ti. Even a leading urologist in Singapore whom I have visited didn’t do as good an investigative job of my condition as Dr. Ti.

Best clinic i've been to. Efficient and smooth flow of operations. Hardly any wait time from check in to checking out. Great reception staff. Dr Grace Huang was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ti was fantastic. His English is excellent and he understood our problem (positive Covid test) completely and prposed/executed the solution on the spot. We could not be more impressed, and my wife was an ER RN.

Dr. Ti was so lovely, professional and polite. He walked me through the entire process and made me feel super comfortable. It was the most pleasant trip to any clinic I’ve ever been to. Further, the receptionists were so friendly and personable, a far cry from most clinics in Singapore which feature curt faces and them talking to each other instead of the patients. Highly recommend dtap! Atmosphere was also very great.
