Best Fine dining restaurant in Singapore

J	Jane Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my parents to try their peking duck. It wasn’t as good as it looks. The skin comes with the meat. Usually it won’t have meat for the better peking duck wrap. But the wrap was generous… 2 trays of it. The marble goby was fresh and nice. Their braise pork belly is juicy and tasty, but meat part a bit tough. Vegetable was good. The toufu scallop also taste simple and good.

She was hospitable and kept topping up our tea as we dined. Lovely service and amazing food. The peking duck is the one that brought me back, always!

The noodles was so bland and not worth the price we paid for. Visited several times before, food served previously were quite good but not this time. Wondered if changed of chef.

The Captain Sandy Lua and the host Roger is very attentive to our needs. They go beyond 5 star service. If you want to experience fine dining, you must try to dine in this place.
A	Ajani Mgo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a birthday lunch here. Food was good - the standout was the steamed red rice roll, which was really unique and delicious, and had a great mix of textures. Judy was our attending staff and she was very attentive in ensuring we had a good experience. The restaurant also took the initiative to present us with longevity buns to celebrate the birthday, which was a very nice touch too.

XLBs were very salty (skin too thick as well) - you’re better off sticking to DTF for this one. Ordered the Crispy Swan Puff with Cod Fish in Cream Sauce - pastry was done well but the filling could be tastier; was very jelat after a while too. X.O carrot cake was cut into thick chunks which absorbed too much oil, but other than that it was the next best dish after the peking duck. On the bright side, service and ambience was commendable.

They will recommend the dishes to try and will ensure we do not over order for the number of pax dining in. That is a plus point for me. Food is very nice. Highly recommended. S	Summer Chong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this so called Chinese fine dining restaurant. Reserved our table at 3:30pm via Google. When we arrive at 3:20pm the staff informed us that their last order is at 3:30pm. So we just quickly place our order including main course and dessert. Dishes started to start at 3:42pm and we started to enjoy our meal. Unfortunately there is a fierce lady come to us at 4:08pm telling us they actually closed at 4pm with a very bad tone! We still haven’t finish our dishes yet and the dessert are not being served. Then we try to negotiate with the fierce lady weather if we can cancel our dessert since it’s not serve yet, the lady rejected as we already paid our bill. The lady told us to take away our dessert instead with a very bad tone! They should have inform us they are closing at 4pm when we place our order so we can opt to order lesser dishes. The fierce lady just came to us and chase us out from the restaurant while we still haven’t finish our meal yet! Very bad customer service!!!!! Not recommended!
