โ โ โ โ โ A bit of walking if come by bus/mrt. Varieties of items, layout is a bit messy and walkway is narrow, as it is considered a warehouse. Staff Cleo was friendly and helpful. Bought all Hansgrohe mixers, shower sets and taps, yet to receive as some items are backordered.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been served by 2 different staff at the Premium Outlet @ Boon Leat Terrace. I find both of them extremely knowledgable and helpful.
One of them, Cleo stood out in particular.
She was warm and helpful, and always dishing out her professional advice in response to my queries. She even stayed back after closing hours to help me out with the purchase, and doing it with a big hearty smile. Her after sales experience was also excellent. I honestly think her service deserved much praise as she made my buying process a really delightful one. Thank you Cleo. Thank you Econflo!

โ โ โ โ โ We called to make appointment to go for one of their stock take sales. As itโs covid so there are strict entry requirement, which made browsing the products on sale more enjoyable(less crowd).
We were attended by Irene, she was very good at the products on sale and has suggested different options. Which in the end we got a new sink, bathroom and kitchen faucets all for a great sales price!! The range of products carried are excellent as well, with great discounted price during the sales period.

โ โ โ โ โ Great shopping experience with staff named Cleo! Sheโs friendly and approachable. Gives great advises and assist sincerely.
Location is near bus stop, but quite a walking if you donโt know how to navigate in the building.
Nevertheless, still worth the trip!

โ โ โ โ โ Very friendly and helpful staff. Items are excessive of a bulk order for commercial / residential projects. Quantity maybe limit. Or pre-order may be required. Weekend parking was not free even though the entrance said was free. Carpark B is for season holders while Carpark C, which is just a bit further down and near the exit gantry, is for non season parking.
