Low cost home goods store. Reminds me of a Muji but for smaller homewares.

To make any purchase, they say that you must download their app and sign up for an account (using your mobile number). This is even if you are physically at the store itself and ready to pay, so I decided not to buy anything in the end. Forcing customers to hand over their data like this is pretty unreasonable.

This Store is close for break 3-5:10pm. Should make it known in IUIGA website. Not rely on google maps.

Dont bother going any iuiga outlet to pick up items unless you happened be there if not will be a wasted trip. Dont buy any items online if require pick up. Bought 2 items on separate occasion that need pick up, and 2 times i went the store were closed. On different dates different branch. Even though its the operating hour. Its either the staff slacking off, went off early or iuiga just hire only one staff per store and expect the customer to know the "timing" of the staff not being around. Ridiculous. The first time i went at 4pm was closed, the other time i went at 6pm was closed. Hello pls state the timing to avoid

The store itself is very well laid out and the items are very interesting to browse. However, the store only gets 3 stars as the staff seemed to be disinterested in customers. In summary, the store has nice stuff but not nice staff..

Iuiga is truly the worst. I placed an online order on 25 Jan 2022, chose to pick up at outlet ARC. Almost 1 month later, I received no sms of email on the follow up of this order. On 21 February 2022, I travelled to the physical store at ARC, asked the staff over there, provided my order number. He told me that my order of items were not in the store, and asked me to check with the customer service. I took the time to contact the customer service, and the first thing the CS told me was my order had been delivered on 5 February 2022 and provided me a screenshot of it. So at this point of time, may I ask, where exactly is my order in fact? After wasting a lot of my time, IUIGA did not actually explain about the misleading info given to the customer that the order had been delivered but in fact were not in the store when the customer went down to check, the CS just said to deliver the items to my doorstep(with no further explanation or compensation for the loss of my time to travel down, loss of my time to be communicating with the CS and sorting all these unnecessary matter out). When I eventually agreed to it, the next day, IUIGA sent me an email mentioning that one of my items was OOS and that they will refund me on that and deliver the rest of the items to me. ? When I made the online purchase and online payment on 25 Jan 2022, I received a confirmation on my order, the payment was debited from me, why should I be informed that one of my items is OOS and only a month later?? If I had known the stock wasn’t available, I wouldn’t have purchased. If I had known the delivery would be taking 1 month(till I inquired), I wouldn’t have purchased. Telling your customer his item is OOS after 1 month AFTER CONFIRMING your customer’s order after debiting your customer’s money? Reflect on your business model. IUIGA is truly the worst. Muji, or any other shop really delivers better. I make sure I take my time to post this cause I make sure consumers know how incompetent and inefficient IUIGA is.
