★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a hard time searching the right helper as we had certain criteria to match. Happen to google about this agency and headed down for an interview with the helpers they provided. The agent was not pushy at all. She even highlighted that most importantly we should be comfortable with the helper. She also ask what were our main concern aout having a helper. What criteria we were needing. It took us less than a month to settle the helper in SG. The agent was concern and always kept a lookout if everything is alright. Wina has been with us for coming a year now ! Im glad I chose Pretigious Maid Agency ! Highly recommended. The agent was certain about the fees Im paying, even explain every breakdown I asked for :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency has a lot of transfer helpers but many of them ran back to agency within less than 3months. Agency transferred money to helper out of goodwill when my helper just joined me and after she ran away. I don’t know what’s the arrangement between agency and helper. My $7k paid to agency went down the drain after helper ran away and agency refused to let me speak to helper (agency refused to refund outstanding loan too!). Very bad experience. Be very careful when dealing with this agency. Best to record everything they ‘tell’ you as it’ll definitely come in handy later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with Selene and Patrick from Prestigious Employment Agency. They did not follow service agreement and charged employer any amount they like. We have to get MOM involved before agency comes clean. I hope you won't be the next victim. Their service stops once they've collected money from you.
