i want to alert Singapore families who are looking for helper. please stay away from this agency. the new helper came my house keep saying" if i don't like to work in your family. i can always go back my agency, my agency told me i can go back " My indo helper came my house work few months and keep having new request, such as more off days and more HP usage. upon calling their agency, they agency did not advise them in a proper way, in fact, they welcome them go back to agency!!! we pad huge amount of $$$ ! please be careful !

I have high hope on Inter Great and was served by Linda(who already left). She was very responsive and promptly reply to my queries. After she left and took over by a person name Chew, ever since then my queries response has been very slow and sometimes I need to send a few reminder or to call him up. Helper arrived and on the date itself I was informed that the helper needs to stay single room for isolation(due to the other roommate was tested positive) while we chose shared room earlier. Isnt this is agency responsibility to find another roommate for her rather then choosing an easy way out and put her in single room and charge the bill to us, or at least have the courtesy to inform us earlier when her designated roommate was barred from entering singapore ? Once the helper was handed over to us, we let her isolate in the room for a week. On the following week when she started her work she asked to transfer by giving excuses saying she is afraid to look after baby, afraid to light up stove, etc. But during interview she assured us that she is capable and willing to do it. I’m not sure how Inter Great monitor, choose and guide the helper as the answer that she given during the interview and reality is totally different. The helper even has the cheek to tell me that if I'm unhappy with her I can transfer her. This is just one week into her work (mind you! The work scope is only involve sweeping/mopping floor and washing dishes and not even start to cook or take care baby!) My last hope is for my bad experience to end soon as I still need to pay the agency for 21 days to get the helper transferee. Not sure how long I need to WAIT or Inter Great can process this ASAP so that I dont have to pay for this meaningless and heartless helper 21days fees? Really disappointed with the FDW provided.
