Mutts & Mittens

Our cat stayed 16 days at the shelter during our stay home notice. While at first we had the feeling that our cat was not getting a proper attention, we questioned whether it would be possible to give him more attention since he is a very social cat. From that moment we could see, several times during the day, someone sitting with him in the cage, playing and cuddling him. This is a very sweet attention and it certainly shows that they want the best for our animals and remain attentive to our requests. Although the cages are a bit small if you have a cat that likes open spaces, I certainly recommend them.

Thanks Mutts&Mittens (M&M) for taking care of my young dog Mochi during CNY for 9 nights! Such as great boarding facility with extremely friendly and responsible team! (1) The facility is super clean and spacious! 24 hours aircon with enough sunlight in the morning and afternoon. (2) The team is the best! The management team kept us informed all the team after we expressed our interest. They welcomed us for the facility tour as well. The onsite tea is very responsible on day-to-day care and they clean Mochi's space multiple times! (When Mochi is nervous, she pees multiple times per day...all info I got is from what I saw through CCTV :)) In addition, Mochi was scared of other people a bit but after returning back from M&M, she seems OK with people she doesn't know! I think the on-site team did a great job of taking care of her and being her friend :) (3) The price itself vs the processional services and facility is definitely the to-go place if you have to leave your furkids for a couple of days! BTW, It is our first time to to leave 10-month old Mochi since we had her and after 9 days at M&M, she returned back with full energy and looked extremely happy!

Our Nova was all smiles and the staff at Mutts & Mittens were very accommodating and fantastic communicators. It was our first trip away from our pup so their extra effort was really appreciated and comforting. Would happily book with them again, great team and organization.

I chose Mutts and Mittens as the room size is so much more comfortable and spacious as compared to those capsule size rooms in other pet hotels. Moreover, Mutts and Mittens room are air conditioned and I could check on my cat via the cctv app they provided. The cat caregiver there updates me daily and is very responsible. Overall, I am delighted with the service provided and I will definitely use their service again.

Had a great experience with Mutts & Mittens boarding service. They gave me a peace of mind when I'm away from my dog. With the 24/7cctv, I'm able to check on my dog as and when I want to. The staff are also very patient and prompt in replying all questions and requests as well. I highly recommend and I would definitely board my dog with them again in the future.

Will NOT recommend Mutts and Mittens due to their BAD customer service/response time. I made a booking through their website on 8th July - 11th July for my cat’s boarding. The dates were open and available. Their website went through and successfully accepted the booking. I sent over the necessary documents and money for the overall sum, and dropped them a WhatsApp to let them know that I’ve sent them everything that they needed. They replied the next morning and told me that it was fully booked and asked if they could switch the days for me OR they will refund me my payment. I chose to opt for a refund as I needed to board my cat urgently. They told me refunds will take 7-14 days. Afew days later I asked if they could refund me soonest as I needed the money for another boarding facility. They said they will try to expedite the refund and will update me when it is done. At this point, I’m quite upset but I still responded politely and calmly. 7 days later, I asked them if they have refunded me but they did not reply. I followed up the next day and they said they are expediting the refund again. (Same reason). At this point it has been a week that I’ve been waiting for a refund. I’m really upset, frustrated and annoyed at this point. I did not engage in any of their services but I still had to wait 2 weeks for a refund. I called them through WhatsApp twice, called the landline but there was no response. I aired my grievances to them but they did not reply me. They are NOT responsive. They DO NOT care, and they are withholding my MONEY for no reason. Extremely frustrated and annoyed at this point. I guess I have another 7 days to wait for them to refund me. (according to their refund policy). Truly treated like a fool for waiting more than 7 days for a refund.

The staff really looked after my dogs well. They were quick to notice and took good care of one of my dog's paw that was bleeding from panic wall scratching because of a thunderstorm. All of them were energetic and put on some weight from this staycay!

We sent Muffin to Mutts and Mittens @ Guillemard for 2 weeks during our holiday trip. Thank you for the hospitality. We both were grateful and satisfied with Mutts and Mittens services and especially to their staff, Bella. Kudos to Bella for going extra mile for us. She keep us updated via WhatsApp as Muffin is a senior cat who needs extra care and medication - Muffin wasn’t very friendly towards Bella but Bella didn’t give up :) Thank you for the endless updates, Bella! She was caring and attentive to Muffin. We chose Mutts and Mittens because they provide CCTV - technically it was our first preference when we select a cat boarding. Muffin surely will come back again!
