Be careful when buying the bread. Turnover is low and bread is often a day old.

The waffle smell good and the cake is very delicious.

The service was very bad,ask them to separate the waffle,one waffle in each plastic bag and then they end up putting both waffle in the same plastic bag,they expect me to eat the waffle until my hand oily isit and then after that i wanted to buy something else from them,i called the staff and she look at me like as if I own her money like that.

Waffles are slightly crispy on the edges and soggy within. Slightly sweet for plain waffles.

Went down to Northpoint city outlet to get a mini cake ( $20plus ) . Only left 1 mini cake avail . Ask the staff . Staff just gestured . No words or just murmur uttered . Esp the shortest lady staff her attitude is not really customer oriented . If she find the job really challenging or difficult maybe she can find a off counter job where she dont have to handle customers enquiries . And fyi its not the first time . ( thats why i voice out ) Also later on when i asked them to assist helping to contact other outlet ( wisteria mall ) . Straight away reject initially saying the outlet cannot be contacted and reinforce saying they are franchise . So meaning franchise dont have to assist customers buying from Prima Deli ?? Is that the protocol now ? Only after several insistent asking then they help to call out which the other outlet cant be reached . Why must it be this way ? No initiative on the staffs part to help customers at all ??? Need to insistent ask till the point of almost pleading then they would land a helping hand ?? . Also how come the other store cant be reach all the time as commented by the staffs . Phone at the other outlet got problem ?? Shouldnt it be fixed ? * Overall a super disappointing experience . FYI the staff attitude at Prima Deli at the other outlet also display the same indifferent ways while asking the flavours . Really off-putting . Is all the outlets the staffs all like that ???! PS . Customers-oriented good service staffs = retain customers = good increasing sales . ( share this knowledge in case some dont know ) * only the waffles are not bad la .

Bought a cake off the shelf and it was not fresh. Feedback to them and they sent someone over to my house to collect the cake for examination. Oh well… no apology and subsequently offered another cake. Quite turned off by the defensiveness and I find that the SOP of handling complaints can be improved. While I understand the company wishes to protect its reputation. From a customer’s perspective, it’s quite upsetting.

My fav waffle from Prima Deli is just simply amazing!!! At this branch, the 2.5min waffle already perfect. Ask for it extra crispy if that’s your preference!
