The cashier and the chef was talking all the way when I was there waiting for my food. It was around 5pm on Thursday no queue in-front of me but I have to wait 20+mins. He only started cooking after the manager stepped in. It was on 24/3/22 around 5pm+

ordered from grab today,rice is a lot but meat so less n thinly sliced.i expect some wok hei taste from the fried rice but was disappointed.it just taste like a normal fried rice with no wok hei.wont order anymore.rice is bland

Overrated, overpriced and taste below average. Extremely disappointed with the fried rice. $7.30 would rather spend more with Ding Tai Feng

Ordered food through grab - egg fried with chicken (brown rice) and added braised beef (+$3) and I got normal rice and 3 small-medium slices of beef. Been a frequent customer here so would really appreciate if you could standardise the portions when meats are added. I'm only raising the issue since it's not the first time it has happened.

Very disappointed in this branch as I order an self pick up via grad food app so as per normal I went to pick up my food in the evening with the given time from the app. I reached there about 7.32 P.M about 7mins away according to the app that showing my food is ready for pick up at estimated time 7.39P.M. Usually the food will ready early than the estimated time so I went to counter to check it out and they will put the grad food number together with the package. There is an Udon but with no sign or number then I tried to asked the counter but then he was busy with many upcoming order so I cancel my enquiry and decided to ask later. Later, I waited for 10mins plus and my app already indicated that food is ready so I decided to ask the counter even he is busy because I have to make sure that there is no missing order or number and guess what he replied ?, "if there no number then your food is not ready" I also directed him there is an udon without number so how would I know? Maybe you missed it? His replied "we will put the number 'with showing me the what is the example number look like' ", me like fine and go to waiting area keep on waiting. After another 5mins waiting one of his colleagues is back from break and then he checked the ready udon there and shouted my grab food number??. I went to confront the counter but the colleagues so nice and apologize to me on behalf of him?even though I think this is not his fault. Overall this is my 3rd disappointment with this branch, previous two disappointment was packed the wrong order and I have no choice but to consume because I already reached home?. I can't blame them for the previous 2 incidents as I have fault by not checking the order. This time really ridiculous, as a fan of wok hey I wish wok hey really can correct this matter and understand the busy process to resolve it, else I think your sale may impact if this is continue.

Located at B1 of Northpoint City Mall. Standard Wok Hey menu and service. Loved the fried rice with prawn. The negative aspect would be the waiting time. During peak period, there would be a long queue, not forgetting online delivery orders. Even if the cookings were fast, you would be expected to wait for at least 15 mins. Definitely a place to go for take away for Chinese food.

Wait time was considerably quick despite the peak hours during dinner timing. Order their star product (Egg Fried Rice with Seasoned Prawns). Texture was pretty disappointing as the rice was kind of wet and sticking together, not too properly done and feeling that pearl-liked grains. Taste wasn’t as strong as compared to DTF/KOFR though the price point was in between these two but the portion is relatively good and filling enough for an adult.
