Expected more but CS guy explanation to me about timing and whatever he said was not in sync with the panda mart.Moreover he hung up on me when I spoke to him. “It’s A Great company I’m sure bringing happy customers but really disappointing from the customer service I received.
Edit. 1.5 hours later and phone calls. It’s still not here.

Contacted Prime Liquor folks if they could do delivery within the day ( and it was late Sat afternoon already) , and they met the challenge to deliver on the same day. I had a Happy Sister . Recommended, fast and reliable and goes out of their way to support customer. Kudos. thanks again

Will recommend for mid-large events.

It's currently 7:37pm and the order is still not delivered.
That's about 141 minutes since the order has been placed.
According to the website, the order will be delivered within 45 minutes. (See screenshot)
Feels like "false advertising".
The classic example of "Over-Promise, and Under-Deliver" by a huge amount.
I'd highly recommend you not to order from them if you're hoping that the order will be delivered on time.
