โ โ โ โ โ Place and area was dirty. Staff(vegs dept) was rude and impatient. Cashiers was slow. Keep talking to neighbourhood aunties when queue was very long. Im sure they can do better cause i have been to other prime outlets. The other prime supermarkets was better.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor customer service. Staff are not well trained to handle customers. Had a very bad experience being accused by cashier that i had not paid and questioned on payment method. She had handled my payment. Within 5 minutes, she forgotten. Upon verifying by the store manager, payment had been done.

โ โ โ โ โ A great plc to get yr home grocery supplies if u live nearby. Nice staff there overall. Don't expect wide range of products as it's a mid sized supermarket.
