Ordered a Mother's day bouquet online as Im currently in the states and it was promptly delivered. Looks exactly like the picture on the website. Staff were very nice on the phone too. Mum was touched and happy with the surprise. Thanks a million!

My first and last time ordering from this florist. Ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day (order number 0452) slated to be delivered from 9am to 1pm. In the first place, this is such a broad timeframe given to customers. People are expected to wait a good half a day at home, with no certainty on when the flowers will arrive. But that’s not the issue. We waited the entire morning up all the way till 1pm and the flowers didn’t even come. Horrible, appalling service with regards to the delivery process. They have absolutely no idea where the flowers are located at any one point of time. They attempted to absolve their responsibility outright by saying their delivery drivers are subcontractors and so it’s not their problem. As a business, don’t they maintain some level of oversight over the subcontractors they engage? How then are they able to track the service standards of their subcontractors? The staff at the florist don’t even know the name of the driver or where the driver is currently at. Only after 1pm did the subcontracted driver call to say he will arrive an entire hour late at 2pm. Mother’s Day ruined spending the entire morning waiting for flowers which didn’t come and we had to go for late lunch. Refund was processed only after I requested for it. Singapore still has a very, very, very long way to go compared to other developed cities when it comes to delivery standards. PS. Having a lot of orders on Mother’s Day to deal with is a very lame excuse for late delivery. They should have anticipated the demand for their orders and planned accordingly.
