Bad customer service. I actually been there a few times, attended by a male staff whom provided excellent customer service before and it was great. However there is a change of staff to a female. Attitude of the female seems as if I owe her something. Not keen to provide service.

The 4th picture is what they promised to deliver and what they promote on their website. Keychains looked durable and embossed. Colors were rose gold and black on silver. However I received two different items (1st picture). The acrylic looks cheap and not durable at all. Designs were different as well. I was extremely disappointed. I asked for new pieces as they gave the wrong designs and I thought material would be different as well. But no. It was the same cheap material with similar design (2nd picture). The conversation was between myself and Print Volution Pte Ltd. I told them to accept the offer as I do not want anyone to feel cheated like I did. I wanted to give my honest review. But they ignored my request and declined the offer. If I could rate it as no star, it would definitely be 0 star rating. Really horrendous customer service & products are a failure. I rarely give out a negative review, but this has crossed the line. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Update: 5th photo - agreed to refund after I mail the items out. 6th photo - after I mailed the items back to them, they denied refunding.

Purchased the acrylic night lamp for my partner. She really loved it and was very delighted. Made the atmosphere for the room!

The outlet is convenient, unfortunately they have a very rude staff. She was impatient and when asked if customers can check the artwork, she rudely replied "check what, you check yourself" and turned the computer towards the customer. If there was a policy where customers cannot check if the staff was printing the correct file, please inform all customers before hand.

I rarely post bad comments on companies as bad reviews gives the company a bad reputation, however this company is too much of a scam and does not value customers. They send a laser engraving customised pouch that I've order and in 3 days time, with SUPER light usage and light cards placed inside them (did not even bring the pouch out, it was placed at home), and the area where the laser engraving is, torn on it's own. I have requested a refund with all clear photos of the lousy workmanship, but they keep insisting that "it's personalised item and can't be refunded unless you send back the pouch" and wanted to resend me a pouch. However, as I have already lose faith in their service or printing, I would still prefer to have it refunded and to look for other printing service to get what I needed. Also told them that if they were worried that I will use the pouch afterwards, I could video call them and throw it into the rubbish chute, however, they STILL insisted on the personalised item nonsense policy even though their own defected printed pouch torn in 3 days. If you want to get stuff done up by them, Would recommend you to think twice. They made it extremely hard for the refund process just for $14. I have just thrown the pouch away in the rubbish chute where it belongs. As for the $14, I would take it that it's for charity. In Response to the reply below, as stated in my response above, they made it difficult to get the refund. They do not cover the mailing back to the company, it just shows that their company policy goes by "U bought a defected item and you still HAVE TO INCUR LOSSES from either mailing it back or going down personally to their shop (as if going to the post office to get stamps and envelope to mail back the item or simply getting courier services or travelling down by car/bus/taxi fare was free of charge) due to the wrong trust of faith in the company and their own mistake. Their attitude clearly shows that it's not their problem but it's the consumer's fault for trusting their service. The item with pictures have clearly shown that the pouch is not suitable to be used and also have provided another picture to have shown that it will NOT be used. (Only decided to throw it away when I know that they are just going to make life difficult over $14. Not worth my time.) As a fellow small business owner, I really support small local business and also understand that return policy are there to protect the company's rights to prevent getting scammed by customers that wants a refund yet wanting to continue using item. But from all the photos and evidences provided, I was not even trying to scam them for just purely $14 and also wasn't going to continue using the defected pouch. From the photos evidences and conversation sceenshots will tell the quality of the printing and the customer service. It's okay, just keep my $14. More than glad to tell the world about your lousy printing services and horrible customer service. And, the one big reason why I don't want them to resend the product is due to the difference in the laser engraving shown in the "supposed" photo (Also included in the photos below) VS the real product of the laser engraving. Initially had even wanted to order 3 more customised pouch but upon receiving the first defected item, I instantly change my mind. I then bought other pouches at Β£30 each on Etsy. Just to note, it's not about the money, it's about the integrity as a business owner. Totally disappointing.

i printed hang tags for my small business from Printvolution and they were ready for collection in 2 days. the hang tags are of premium and professional quality. i communicated with them via whatsapp and it was a smooth process overall.
