★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little condo project. Quite a quiet place. Has a lap pool for serious swimmers and a pool for kids to play in. Has an exercise gym for residents. Opening hours are from 5 am to 12 midnight. Security is relatively tight. Only one function room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First EC launched since many years. Super convenient location: 2 traffic lights to TPE, walking distance to MRT (4 to 7 mins depends how fast you walk), Waterway point. Sheng Shiong just 3-5 mins walk away. Facilitated with 4 pools (50m, play pool, jacuzzi and baby pool), tennis court, gym and many more facilities. Neighbours are friendly, but surely there are some bad one in every residential - welcome to the real World. I am staying here for 7+ years but no plan to sell it at all - too good to be true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is really convenient and its quite beautiful. But the people living there now like to throw cigarette butts and other trash items from upstairs onto other people's houses which are on the ground/patio floors, with no action from either security or management office. Think very carefully before renting/buying any unit here especially if considering the patio units.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worse condo with strict by-laws and management commitee and a swimming instructor in charge of the swimming pool. Cannot bring your visitors to swim, stay mindful of the by-laws and the nonsense they going to give you if u want to buy or rent. Definitely not a good condo for me. Many other condos around the area are much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back gate near to MRT and Bus Interchange, Waterway Point and 24 hours supermarket around, with nice quiet environment, convenient to live. Not the best, but my own house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location about 5-6min walk from MRT, bus interchange and Waterway point. Several supermarkets (Sheng Shiong, Ang Mo Supermarket) less than 5min walk away.On bike, Prive is about 5min ride to the Punggol Waterway park. Very nice place to cycle and enjoy greenery all round. Well kept and friendly security. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a nature lover, Prive is great for me. Near the Waterway Park, yet still within walking distance of the MRT and Waterway Point. Many amenities and good schools close by. Relatively well - maintained and in fact it is currently getting a face-lift. Will definitely recommend this place.
