★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great residential condo with direct link to the waterway. 4 kopitiams, 1 mall and 5 grocery chains within 10mins walking distance, and the 2 swimming pools are uncrowded on weekdays and perfect for doing 70m laps in. Downside is the additional 10min LRT journey to Punggol MRT, but it's a small inconvenience for the proximity to the PCN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If able to rate 0 star i would...1 of the worst condo i been to. As a food panda delivery, with 2 carton of beer i was asked by guard to park next to entrance and carry items and walk all the way in to block 92 which was the last block right at the end......worst experience in my life
