I have engaged helpers from Pro Maids since the company established in 2006. Although there were some hiccups but it was solved diligently. Nevertheless, I really appreciated of their services. Despite of the last minute notice, Consultant Kay took the initiative to run through a couple of profiles that best fit our needs and expectations. Regardless, really professional service and follow up from Fiona when I first went over to their place for enquiry . It's my first time trying to employ a helper and i was absolutely clueless but Fiona was really patient in breaking down and explaining the various charges and also assisted me in filtering helpers who can fulfill my needs on taking care of my dementia and disable uncle . They also have detailed biodatas of helpers and video recorded interviews so we can gauge how well the helpers can understand and speak before even having the need to interview them ourselves. Thanks to her I had deeper understanding on how employing a helper even works and what am i exactly paying for. Kudos much. Definitely recommend this place if anyone is looking for a helper, especially for first time clueless employers like myself ☺
V	VicToby's Fun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praise & Thank God,our close friend highly recommended PRO MAIDS to us and ever since our first maid was a disaster, transfer maid from a newly set up agency. Some things she did like stealing money in hundreds from our wallets and hid away in socks, nudity pictures of herself and many guys on wechat (hp woes) & taking 2 hr noon naps ignoring our 3 month old baby. So far we have took 4 maids from Pro Maids all completing 2 years and 1 extended for another 4 years. (Process: Pro Maids' recommendations & importantly passing our selection & video interview of questions - to ensure our compatibility). We are also realistic in our expectation - minimum discipline & guidance is required from time to time by as well as they can be naive or ignorant. Kudos to Claire and her team! Andy you are the best, always patient and smiling to our long winding queries.

I have to resolve her problem and mean time look for new helper to look after my mum. I had search website for agency around Bedok area and had interview 3 helper, but like they have communication problem with me. ( a bit of English Speaking) So the last one on my hand is Pro Maids, when i enter to the office, I saw Fiona, and I told her that i am looking for a helper who can look after my elderly mother and she is on wheelchair. Fiona give me about 4 bio data for me to see which one is compatible to what we need. I selected one of them who can speak Mandarin, Communication is very important.... I make appointment on the the next day for Video call interview. Fiona was very professional and helpful, she update me the status most of the time before the new helper being arrive... Thanks Fiona.
